1. General information only

Charts, levels, regimes, flow summaries, scores, calendars and any other output of the Service are general information for education and research. They do not consider your personal circumstances and are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial product. Past or modelled behaviour does not indicate future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

2. Models and estimates

Figures such as gamma exposure, delta exposure, vanna, charm, zero-gamma "flip" levels, call/put walls, expected moves and flow classification are estimates built on assumptions. For example, the Service assumes dealers hold the opposite side of customer positions, uses simplified Black-Scholes Greeks and infers trade direction from quotes. Real positioning is not public and may differ substantially. Different providers using the same raw data can show different results.

3. Data limitations

• Data may be delayed (some sources are delayed by 15 minutes or more), sampled, incomplete, revised later, or simply wrong.
• Open interest is typically updated once per day, so intraday positioning changes are approximated.
• Some views show synthetic or example data when a source is unavailable; such views are labelled where practical.
• Calendar times and event details (economic releases and company earnings dates) come from third parties and can change at short notice.
• The Service is not a quote or order-execution system. Always confirm prices and data with your broker before trading.

4. Data sources and attribution

Depending on configuration and availability, the Service may use data from:

• ThetaData: options quotes, trades, Greeks and open interest;
• Cboe Global Markets: delayed options quotes (Cboe delayed-quotes feed);
• TradingView: economic calendar and earnings calendar data;
• Nasdaq: historical earnings calendar data;
• Forex Factory: economic calendar fallback;
• U.S. government sources (SEC EDGAR, the Federal Reserve, the Bureau of Labor Statistics and USAspending.gov): company filings, economic releases and federal contract awards;
• X: aggregate counts of public posts that mention a ticker;
• other providers, which are named in the Service where their data is shown.

All trademarks, exchange names and data belong to their respective owners. StockGamePlan is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any exchange or data provider. Third-party data is provided "as is" and is subject to the provider's own terms. Market data shown in the Service may not be redistributed.

5. Options risk

Options trading carries substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. Risks include the loss of the entire premium paid, unlimited loss on uncovered short positions, rapid losses near expiry (including same-day "0DTE" options), assignment, liquidity gaps, wide bid-ask spreads, and sharp moves around news and economic releases. Before trading options, read Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options (the OCC options disclosure document) and your broker's product disclosure statements. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

6. Availability and interruptions

Feeds, calculations and the website can be interrupted or degraded by provider outages, maintenance, network problems or extreme market conditions, often at the moments when markets are busiest. Do not rely on the Service as your only source of information, for time-critical decisions, or for risk management.

7. Community content

Sentiment polls and any other user-generated signals reflect the opinions of participants. They are not verified, and they are not an indication of what the market will do.

8. Your legal rights

This disclosure does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. See section 10 of the Terms of Service.
